The hydraulic oil is formed with a certain pressure by a vane pump, and enters the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder through an oil filter, an explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, a throttle valve, a hydraulic control check valve, and a balance valve, so that the piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves upward and lifts the weight. The return oil from the upper end of the cylinder is returned to the fuel tank through the explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, and its rated pressure is adjusted by the relief valve, and the pressure gauge reading value is observed through the pressure gauge.
The piston of the cylinder moves downwards (both the weight is lowered). The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder through an explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, and the return oil at the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder returns to the tank through a balance valve, a hydraulic control check valve, a throttle valve, and an explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve. In order to make the heavy object fall smoothly and the brake is safe and reliable, a balance valve is installed on the oil return road to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure so that the descending speed is not changed by the heavy object. The flow is adjusted by the throttle valve to control the lifting speed. In order to make the brake safe and reliable and prevent accidents, a hydraulically controlled one-way valve, that is, a hydraulic lock is added to ensure that the hydraulic pipeline can be safely self-locked when the hydraulic pipeline accidentally bursts. An overload sound alarm is installed to distinguish overload or equipment failure.
The electrical control system controls the rotation of the motor through the explosion-proof buttons SB1 to SB6, and the reversing of the explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve to keep the load raised or lowered, and the time delay is adjusted through the "LOGO" program to avoid frequent motor starting and affect Service life.
